Terms/ Conditions

This page (together with any documents referred to on it) sets out the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (“Products”) listed on our website www.oamyofficial.com (“Site”) to you.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not purchase Products from our Site.

We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

1. Your Status

By placing an order on our Site, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
You are at least 18 years old.

2. How the Contract is Formed

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order constitutes an offer to us. Acceptance occurs only when we send you an email confirming that the Product has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”).
The contract between us (“Contract”) is formed only at that point.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to issues relating to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or misuse of our Site.

3. Availability & Delivery

All Products are offered subject to availability. We may discontinue or change Products at any time without notice.
Your order will normally be fulfilled within 30 days of Dispatch Confirmation, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

4. Risk & Title

Products become your responsibility once delivered.
Ownership passes only when full payment (including shipping) has been received by us.

5. Price & Payment

Prices are as shown on our Site and may change at any time.
Prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or import charges (where applicable). These are the customer’s responsibility.
If a Product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to correct errors before processing.
We accept most major payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or other gateways available at checkout).
All payments are processed securely.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns

All sales are final. OΛMY does not accept returns, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
In that case, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are limited to one per order.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to OΛMY.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by OΛMY.

Lost Packages

Once a tracking number has been issued, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
OΛMY is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly.

7. Product Information & Colors

We make every effort to display Products (including colors, fabrics, and details) as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to:

Lighting conditions
Device display settings
Fabric dye batches

OΛMY does not guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be exact.

8. Sizing & Fit

Sizing guides are provided for reference. OΛMY cannot guarantee a perfect fit and is not liable for sizing discrepancies once Products are delivered.

9. Our Liability

We warrant that Products purchased are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for purpose.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product and foreseeable losses directly caused by our breach.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OΛMY shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, data, or business.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and video — is the property of OΛMY and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

11. Import Duties & Taxes

If you order Products for delivery outside Lebanon, they may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed at the destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for such charges and cannot predict their amount.

12. Communications

By using our Site, you accept that communication with us will be primarily electronic — via email, SMS (if opted-in), and website notices.

13. Notices

All notices to OΛMY must be sent to hello@oamyofficial.com. We may send notices to you by email or through the Site.

14. Transfer of Rights

You may not transfer your rights under a Contract without our prior written consent.
We may transfer our rights and obligations without your consent.

15. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Strikes or labor disputes
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Pandemics
Transport or telecom failures
Government restrictions

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with referenced documents such as the Returns & Exchanges Policy) form the entire agreement between us.

17. Our Right to Vary Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies, unless otherwise required by law.

18. Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

If you are based elsewhere, your local consumer protection laws may also apply.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon (unless otherwise required by applicable law).
