Returns

All sales are final. OΛMY does not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are limited to one per order.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to OΛMY.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale items and final-clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by OΛMY.
Lost Packages

Once a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier.

OΛMY is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly.
