Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and shipping time depends on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How do I care for my OΛMY pieces?
See our Size & Care guide for each item. Each order comes with a laundry pouch. We recommend using it to protect your items in the wash.
What if the item I want is sold out?
Popular items may sell out quickly. You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page or subscribe to our newsletter for early access to future drops.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
